Plains Area Mental Health is seeking an individual that is organized and knowledgeable in regulatory compliance and policy, including HIPAA, Medicare and Medicaid, auditing electronic records for compliance, and Quality Improvement strategies.  This position is responsible for investigating regulatory violations, complaints, and follow-up reporting as required.  This high-level position is a part of the Executive Team and must be able to effectively draft policies and communicate to staff. This position is based in the Le Mars Office.  Travel to satellite offices and trainings may be required.
