IHS Team Lead

Plains Area Mental Health Center is seeking to fill a full-time Team Lead position for Integrated Health Services in our Carroll office.  The IHS Team Lead’s focus is improved healthcare for children with serious emotional disorders and adults with serious mental illness.  The IHS Team Lead will directly supervise and manage the workflow and member enrollment for IHS Care Teams; assist the Chief Program Officer Community Services in developing and implementing program policies and procedures for marketing, data collection, service provision, outcome achievement, and quality assurance. Travel required. RN or BA/BS in human service field required and 2-3 years’ experience working with children with serious emotional disorders and/or adults with serious mental illness and supervisory experience preferred.  Competitive salary and excellent benefits.
