PAMHC is seeking a full-time Outreach Worker based out of our Carroll location to work in the Sioux County area.  Travel required.  Position primarily involves performing the duties of a Community Support and HCBS Habilitation worker on an outpatient basis with adults with a serious and persistent mental illness.  Position is 40 hours per week Monday through Friday with occasional evening work.

Pay Range:

$21.01 to $23.07 depending on experience

Position Summary:

Provide supportive services, skill building, behavioral intervention, and crisis planning services to adults with a serious mental illness while utilizing community support or habilitation services. Services are provided to individuals in their homes and community settings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or Related Field
  • Experience Working with Adults with Mental Illness
  • Computer Skills
  • Valid Driver’s License and Insurance

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual a plus, but not required
