To provide affordable quality mental health services to the people of the communities we serve, respecting each individual’s dignity, worth, and potential for growth. Ensuring an environment of confidentiality and dedication — we put our people first.

1) All persons in our various communities have the right to the opportunity to live their life to the best of their abilities and are entitled to the assistance needed in that endeavor.

2) That such assistance and services need to be accessible and affordable.

3) That the pursuit of positive mental health by each resident accrues to the quality of life of the whole community.

4) That families are the major socializing influence on children and, as such, need maximum support from the community.

5) That, in addition, the community needs to make special efforts to ensure the positive mental health of children and youth, disabled adults and any dependent person.

6) That all efforts to empower persons and families to act appropriately on their own behalf will ultimately lead to improved individual, family and community mental health.
