Crisis Support & Resources

Crisis Line
- Phone-based free, confidential support
Mobile Crisis Assessment Team (MCAT)
- On-site, in-person intervention by Crisis Response Staff for anyone experiencing a mental health crisis, such as increased depression, anxiety, insomnia, suicidal ideation, or significant life change
- Services Provided:
  - De-escalating crisis situations
  - Development of safety plans, referrals, and identifying follow-up services
Crisis Stabilization
- Turning Point is a relaxing and therapeutic home-like environment to receive voluntary support when experiencing a mental health crisis.
