Position opening for a full-time or part-time Psychiatric Prescriber Assistant (PPA). This position works Monday-Friday hours, no weekends or holidays.

Pay Range: $19.48 to $22.72 depending on licensure and experience

Position Summary:

Job duties include working closely with our Prescribing Staff (ARNP/PA/MD) to maintain schedules and update client information in electronic health record (EHR), perform client assessments, screenings, and education, manage/triage client phone calls, assist with medication refills, lab orders, and prior authorizations, utilize reports within EHR to manage client care. Must be organized, efficient, and able to multitask.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous Experience in Healthcare Setting
• Previous EHR Experience
• Computer/Technology Skills
• Valid Driver’s License and Insurance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a medical office or behavioral health setting; Medical Assistant, LPN, Healthcare or Pharmacy Technician would be great fits for this position.
