Outreach

Do you or someone you know...

  • Have a mental health-related illness?
  • Struggle to make daily decisions?
  • Lack support and knowledge to navigate the services systems?
  • Need extra help to remain independent and living in your own home?

PAMHC offers Community Support Services which provide those with severe and persistent mental illness in-home support, training, and help with daily living skills. Our experienced staff strives to assist individuals with daily problem-solving and skill-building so they can remain independent in their home environment. The goal of the program is to maximize an individual’s potential to live as independently, actively, and happily as desired and possible. In addition to the in-home services, the program offers help in the community and in group settings.
