Getting Assistance
Although referrals are often made by doctors, therapists, caseworkers, IHS, region or others, self-referrals are also welcomed!
Eligible clients include those who have a serious mental illness and have Medicaid. Clients may also choose to self-pay.
Services are available to someone who lives in Lyon, Osceola, Dickinson, Emmet, Palo Alto, Clay, O’Brien, Sioux, Plymouth, Cherokee, Buena Vista, Pocahontas, Calhoun, Sac, Ida, Crawford, Carroll, and Greene Counties.
